5. What are the subscription plans and pricing?

We offer 3 plans to fit your learning goals:

  • 🔑 The Root Plan costs $8/month or $59/year (save 39% annually) and includes all 15 live courses, 4 certifications, AI and automation training, 1 free eBook every quarter, priority help, and access to the private Telegram community.
  • ♾️ The Lifetime Plan is a one-time payment of $199 and includes everything in the Root Plan plus all current eBooks, future eBooks, downloadable PDFs, cheat sheets, and automatic access to every future course.

6. How can I subscribe to a paid plan?

Go to our Membership page and choose the plan that fits you best. The Root Plan starts at $8/month or $59/year, while Lifetime access is available for a one-time payment of $199 at Pro TecMint Lifetime.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay, and you get instant access the moment your payment confirms.

7. Will new content be added regularly?

Yes. New courses, chapters, and premium articles are added regularly. We always have at least one course actively in progress and one coming soon, so there is always something new to learn.

All updates and new courses are included in your Root Plan subscription at no extra cost. Lifetime members get every future course automatically included as well.

Yes! We love hearing from our members as well, and you can request topics through the following channels:

No, each Root Plan subscription is for individual use only. Account sharing violates our terms of service and may result in account suspension.

We don't offer refunds on Root Plan or Lifetime purchases since you get immediate access to all digital content upon payment.

11. What is my account password? How do I reset it?

Tecmint Pro uses passwordless login for security and convenience, so simply enter your email at our Login portal, and we'll send you a secure login link to access your account instantly.

You'll remain logged in until you clear your browser cookies or log out. Need to log in again? Just request a new login link using your email.

12. Are video courses included in the premium plans?

Currently, Root Plan includes 8 comprehensive text-based courses (140+ chapters) and written tutorials.

We may introduce video courses in the future based on member feedback.

13. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by logging into your account and clicking "Cancel Subscription".

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

14. When will I be charged for renewal?

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month, and annual subscriptions renew 12 months from your signup date.

You'll receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal.

15. Can I upgrade from Sudo Plan to Root Plan?

Yes! Click "Upgrade to Root" anytime, and you'll get instant access to all 8 courses and premium features immediately.
