No Refunds

All Root Plan subscriptions ($10/month or $75/year) are non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of our content and instant access provided upon payment, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Partial subscription periods or unused time.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to cancel before automatic renewal.
  • Technical issues on your device or network.
  • Dissatisfaction with content.

Before Subscribing:

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your Root Plan subscription anytime with no penalty.

To Cancel: Log in at https://pro.tecmint.com/#/portal and click "Cancel Subscription".

After Cancellation:

  • Full access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refund for the remaining subscription time.
  • Account automatically reverts to free Sudo Plan.
  • Reactivate anytime to restore Root Plan access.

Automatic Renewal:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Email reminder sent 7 days before renewal.
  • Cancel beforethe renewal date to avoid charges.

If you experience technical issues accessing content, contact [email protected]. We will work to resolve problems quickly. Technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund.
